At Ena Pelly, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Pack and Post
Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or credit to be finalized.
